• Energy efficiency Servo Press(CE)

Derived from the newly developed servo press design in 2021, the new generation of Energy efficiency Servo Press(CE) machine has many excellent features such as precise control of press force and position, high efficiency and low energy consumption, and compact structure design.

Servo Press adopts low speed/high torque hollow servo motor, which can save more than 80% of power and energy compared with the traditional motor with pump.

Precise control of the pressure output position makes it more suitable for the production of high-precision products such as medical electronics, with precision ball screw, the output is stable, low power consumption and low noise, suitable for all kinds of product molding process.

The independent heated platen temperature control system can be matched with the production needs of mold preheating, rapid cooling and rapid heating to achieve the most efficient efficiency and high quality with the most economical production kinetics.

 

• C type Injection molding machine with rotary table

With C type configuration to have easy operation access.Rotary table design with two molds shifting to increase production efficiency.Feeding rupture detect to prevent process from rubber shortage.

With external heating platen to maintain mold temperature.Automatic operation can be realized by having the auto de-molding device and cleaning system.

Rotary table is driven by servo motor which can offer multi-station production with different positions stop.User-friendly color touch screen interface to facilitate all parameters settings and observation.

• Horizontal Rubber Injection Molding Machine

For the consideration of automatic production, the design of horizontal type and low body is more ergonomic, which makes it more convenient to change molds and daily maintenance, and creates intelligent production through finished product conveyor and automatic planning.

The temperature control system can perfectly match all the mold specifications, and the quality of the finished product is greatly improved, saving energy and efficiency.

It is designed to meet the CE standard, and has various protection functions such as two-hand start, safety light gate, broken material alarm, etc. It is equipped with mold cleaning brush design, which can automatically clean the mold and finished products, and is suitable for producing O-rings, oil seals, washing machine door seals, medical seals, auto parts, black rubber finished products, etc.
