翔音:模內貼標籤
模內貼標籤是近十年來較為先進的產品貼標方式，它適用於須大量自動化生產的產品。在射出機或吹瓶機加裝供標系統即可使標籤與產品融合一併成型，無須為了貼標而進行二次加工，不僅縮短製程也能增加產能。
而模內貼標籤的另一大優勢則是「環保」，標籤和容器材質相容不會脫落，且防水防污的特性使其可以便於重複使用；若用於一次性產品包裝，回收時則無須再作容器和標籤的分離程序，有助於減少碳排放並對環境帶來正面影響
模內貼標籤可分為兩種，一是射出機用標籤，依射出後的表面效果分為亮面、霧面及橘皮，適用各類塑膠容器，且能依各種供標機提供不同厚度；另一種是吹瓶機用標籤，一般都是霧面的，最大宗用於機油瓶、洗衣精瓶及各種塑膠瓶裝製品；這兩種模內貼標籤皆適用PP、PE塑膠材質，但使用之標籤材料不同，所以使用前必須先確認是供何種機械使用。
翔音企業擁有十色彩色印刷機，能滿足客戶在設計標籤時的多彩需求，並運用符合環保規定的水性墨印刷。在製作每一批標籤時皆經由三道品檢程序，將良率提高至97%，這相對於幫客戶節省了30%-50%的損耗成本。
若將模內貼標籤應用於食品容器也可大幅減少消費者對塑膠印刷上食安的疑慮，這將帶來產品製作成本、銷售額及友善環境的三贏局面。
