多層共押吹膜機
多層共押吹膜機將多台押出機的熔融材料匯集至單一模頭，在一道製程中生產五層、七層、九層或更多層結構的薄膜，也包括三層阻隔薄膜結構。各層可使用不同樹脂，例如 PE、PA、EVOH、PP 或層間黏合樹脂，使成品薄膜同時具備單一材料無法提供的多種特性，包括阻隔性能、機械強度、熱封性、剛性和透明度。
多層薄膜對於高要求包裝應用至關重要，包括肉類和起司等食品包裝、真空包裝、氣調包裝、收縮膜、拉伸膜、貼合基膜、醫療包裝及工業包裝。獨立層厚控制、重量式計量混料、膜泡內部冷卻及自動厚度控制等功能，有助於製造商維持穩定的層間厚度分布，並減少材料浪費。
