The powder and liquid supply system conclude the process of feeding, weighing, and delivery, and could be finished by a human-machine interface system. 3. The special screw is born for PVC manufacturing. The screw design can avoid high temperature or over-cutting from the process which takes good care of the quality of the PVC pellet.

你知道嗎? 由於拉條切粒可應用材料較廣，且製造成本較低，是為最常見的切粒方式之一。 製程說明: 1. 加熱與冷卻系統: 透過冷熱水水路交替，可避免料管受熱溫度過高或是過低，使塑料在製程中保持最佳溫度。 2. 穩定入料系統: 料斗與螺桿經特殊設計可順暢入料，不因物料堵塞造成下料不均，使物料根據製程需求投入指定份量。 3. 側進料雙螺桿計量單元: 用於製程中加入添加劑，可適用於粉體、液體與酯粒等多種類型添加物，另可搭配自動化系統，當設備內添加劑不足時，自動補給。 4. 真空單元: 將塑料中的廢氣與水氣透過真空脫除，避免酯粒產出帶有氣孔、黃變等不良現象。 5. 水冷卻單元: 塑料經模頭押出條狀塑料後進入水槽冷卻，水槽溫度經設定，可保持塑料條成筆直狀，穩定出料不斷裂。 6. 除濕機: 透過強風將塑料條表面的水分脫除，脫除的水分會從下方儲存槽，回放至水槽中。 7. 切粒機: 經乾燥後的塑料條，透過切粒機切成酯粒；切粒機可隨意調整轉速，亦可根據製程需要配置大產能型號。 更多資訊請洽詢官網: https://www.cykf.com.tw/tw/product/Strand-Pelletizing-System.html
