To meet customer’s injection molding needs, Huarong can adjust the machine structure of general injection molding machine.
For the thermosetting plastic instead of thermoplastic plastic products, Huarong adjusts the injection unit with dedicated screw barell design and equips auto feeding mechanism. Besides, the clamping unit is adjusted for thermosetting plastic product molds.
For the high-speed or longer opening stroke requirement, Huarong adjusts the clamping unit with outward toggle, which is also suitable for deep-barrel-shape plastic products.
The standard HRN series is a single injection molding machine with inward toggle. With the patented groove design on the tie bar, it can support the machine to the force balance. HRN series is available for applications of thermoplastic plastic of household products, daily supplies made by -PP, PE, PC, ABS.
