創新高性能、高附加價值之綠色環保材料
   大東樹脂掌握關鍵技術,自行研發的高性能熱塑型聚氨酯彈性體,簡稱TPU樹脂,為高級環保材料,可於土中自然分解,是優異的環保材料。具備耐磨損、耐撕裂、及耐低溫曲折等特性。大東樹脂TPU樹脂系統發展完整,分為芳香族與脂肪族兩大類。
  未來輕量化與節能減碳的趨勢,也成功推出以塑代鋼的熱塑性長纖維增強複合材料及客製化規格的樹脂與複合材料等。
  大東樹脂推出的長纖維增強複合材料(LFRT)具有優異的剛性強度及耐衝擊特性, 可取代工業零部件的金屬材料,有效減輕產品重量,且成型品表面具有良好光澤度及平滑性 ,耐磨耗性及尺寸安定性也較一般複合材料更佳 。
  塑化產品生產線全程使用電腦自動化程序控制,採用先進的雙軸反應押出設備產製高性能材料,並透過精密檢驗儀器之檢測及自動化設備之包裝堆棧,確保成品外觀及儲存品質。

High Performance Engineering TPU Composites Characteristics:
8101LGF60 product is long glass fiber reinforced engineering thermoplastic Polyurethanes. It exhibits excellent tensile and flexural strength, toughness, abrasive resistance, high rigidity, and maintenance of good physical properties under UV exposure. The product can be injection molded and extruded.

Processing Information:

Typical Injection Molding Conditions for    8101LGF   
Drying Temperature:    90~110℃(180~230℉)    /    3 ~ 4 hrs.
  1. Desiccant bed-type hopper dryers
  2. Must maintain a dew point of -30 ºC (-20℉) or less.
  3. Return air to desiccant beds must be less than 55 ºC (130℉) for efficient drying (i.e., after-cooler)
