圓、扁紗混合網

勝利牌PE抽絲機為圓絲抽絲機，適用於HDPE原料，可配合SR-R或DR-R系列之經編針織機。其直接式的捲取可以將圓絲直接捲取至盤頭上，不需要再經過整經機，所以也節省了廠房的佔地空間。

本機操作簡易，以前述延伸之膠膜為原料，經刀片切割分條，再經諧振板以7.5倍（或其他倍數）延伸，由送紗導輪將紗線平整的送出，可製造出品質優良的扁絲。

SR-RF系列為圓扁紗兩用之單針床經編針織機，此機型同時具備兩種供紗設備﹝盤頭與分條延伸機﹞，可織造全扁紗、全圓紗或圓扁紗混合織物。 SR-RF系列採變頻器控制速度，多台變頻器控制不同的織造動作，可以同步調整各變頻器之速度，使機台操作方便且易於調整。

針織機再配合分條延伸機後將提高10%的效率，延伸機穩定的送紗系統不但使得機器效率與織物品質提高，另外一方面，PE膠膜廢料率也只有插紗架的一半。若客戶有扁紗來源，我們也可以提供插紗架系統配合機器。
