(1) 減速機內之齒輪元件，是採用低碳合金鋼棒材，或鍛造再經正常化處理，使工作物內部組織較緊密，增加韌性。在運轉時能承受更大的負荷及更大的衝擊。
(2) 減速機之齒輪元件是依 AGMA 的標準製造。
(3) 減速機之齒輪元件經滲碳處理後，齒面再經由高精密齒輪研磨機研削，可提高齒輪面的嚙合率，而且可以降低噪音，並提高工作效率及齒輪減速機之壽命。
