The BVA S Series includes a range of direct hot air gas generators designed for industrial thermal processes requiring high efficiency, reliability, and flexibility. These units integrate combustion and ventilation in a single compact system, delivering controlled hot air up to 500 °C with optimal energy performance. All models are fully modular and can be custom-built upon specific customer requirements, adapting power output, configuration, or control interface to suit different production environments.
CONTRACT ASSEMBLY
Our Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) is used to Co- design, test, manufacture, distribute and provide repair services for electronic components and assemblies for Original Equipment Manufacturers. The HTAC Burner Series represents a new generation of high-temperature air combustion technology, developed by Supertec to improve energy efficiency and reduce emissions in industrial kilns and furnaces. Designed especially for brick and ceramic production, these burners use preheated air up to 500 °C recovered from the kiln’s cooling section, drastically reducing fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions while ensuring homogeneous heat distribution.
