切粒系統: 水環 ( 模面 )

該系統由模頭，水環室，切粒機，沖水流道，離心脫水機等組成，配合周邊之循環冷卻水系統組合而成。塑膠原料經押出機熔融出料，經由模頭出料，在出料的瞬間，由高速旋轉的切刀將塑膠切割，切割後的塑膠粒被甩落下方，由水環室內循環水膜帶走並冷卻，經由沖水流道帶向離心脫水機，可以防止粘附塑膠顆粒，同時將塑膠顆粒冷卻，此切粒之塑膠粒一般成圓扁狀、圓柱狀、圓球狀。此系統特別於模面不與水接觸，刀具模面運轉耗材成本較低，且通過水環(模面)切粒系統生產的顆粒形狀和大小均勻。目前主要用於LDPE、HDPE、PP等塑料。
