成核劑BTD-8808 是聚乳酸專用成核劑，與聚乳酸 (PLA) 樹脂具有良好的相容性， 能夠在加工溫度下保 持穩定，在PLA 樹脂熔體冷卻過程中誘導 PLA 分子附生結晶，進而達到加快結晶速度，縮短成型週期，提高耐熱性、彎曲模量和表面光澤的。 BTD-8808 可用於食品接觸材料。 BTD-8808 建議用量為樹脂的0.3~0.5phr, 與 PLA 等樹脂粒料配合時可適當使用其他助分散劑促進均勻分散。本品可直接配合於基體樹脂中使用，亦可加工成一定濃度的母料使用。
