The quality is more stable for high-precision embedded injection molding products. • 1S single sliding: After mold opening, the lower mold will automatically slip in front of the operator for facilitating embedded molding operation. • 2S double sliding (Alternating double sliding): One mold for injection molding, another mold for taking out and putting on embedded parts operation. • 2SL double sliding (90°Alternating double sliding): One operator can operate independently. One mold for injection molding, another mold for material taking and putting on embedded parts. The two slidings are intersecting at 90 degrees, which can lower the production cost, and enhance the performance. • Able to combine automation and the high-speed injection can effectively enhance the production capacity. • A variety of circuit design (half closed servo hydraulic or high speed injection) to meet the customer’s requirements.

Liquid Injection Molding (LIM) and Transfer Molding are preferred processes for manufacturing solid silicone rubber items used in a wide range of applications such as medical equipment, watersports, gas masks, military gear, waterproof device cases, 3C products and much more. MATERIALS: Shin Etsu / Dow Corning/ GE Silicones ADVANTAGES & APPLICATIONS: Low viscosity and lower injection pressure, good for silicon molding Good chemical stability and environmental protection High dimensional accuracy It produces high quality parts without secondary finishing and allows much shorter production cycles than other processes. Over-molding together with hard plastic frame (PC or ABS etc.) for waterproof devices, shock proofing, shielding, etc. Very thin wall design (0.25mm thick around) for silicone to adhere on plastic housing (rib) to meet the demand of low profile product design. Water proof feature can be secured by the combination of soft rubber contacts and with constant pressure provided by hard plastic housing (rib).

A. 標準雙色 採四柱立式鎖模，並在上模板有2個獨立的立式射出單元（獨立的射出液壓油路）外加圓盤所組合的雙色射出機。 - 鎖模力為90TON ~ 500TON，採用電腦控制，特別配置的液壓系統，更適合 生產一般或特殊的雙色（雙物料）的射出成型。 - 上模板配置二個上模具，圓盤上配置三個下模具，成型時，圓盤120°逆時鐘 旋轉，即可完成雙色(雙物料)的射出成型或包覆成型。 - 高效率的圓盤，中間有水套裝置，可供下模具的冷卻運水。 - 可擴充電腦程序及特別的多站式圓盤（即二上模，四下模），並可在此二下 模具加裝自動化的嵌入與取出裝置，即可達到全機的自動化作業，增加生產 效能。 B. 其他雙色 - 型1：在原有射出機的上模板，另加裝一組獨立的直立“射出單元”所組合的 雙色射出機。 - 例：YH/YR/YC機型+直立射出。 - 型2：在原有射出機上，再加裝一組或多組獨立的臥式（水平）射出單元，所 組合的雙色射出機。 - 例：YH/YR機型+臥式（水平射出）。 - 型3：由兩種機型並合，共用一個“圓盤”所組合的雙色射出機。 - 例：a、YH機型 + YT機型+圓盤（2站 ~ 4站） b、YH機型 + YH機型+圓盤（2站 ~ 4站）
