A. 標準雙色採四柱立式鎖模，並在上模板有2個獨立的立式射出單元（獨立的射出液壓油路）外加圓盤所組合的雙色射出機。 - 鎖模力為90TON ~ 500TON，採用電腦控制，特別配置的液壓系統，更適合生產一般或特殊的雙色（雙物料）的射出成型。 - 上模板配置二個上模具，圓盤上配置三個下模具，成型時，圓盤120°逆時鐘旋轉，即可完成雙色(雙物料)的射出成型或包覆成型。 - 高效率的圓盤，中間有水套裝置，可供下模具的冷卻運水。 - 可擴充電腦程序及特別的多站式圓盤（即二上模，四下模），並可在此二下模具加裝自動化的嵌入與取出裝置，即可達到全機的自動化作業，增加生產效能。 B. 其他雙色 - 型1：在原有射出機的上模板，另加裝一組獨立的直立“射出單元”所組合的雙色射出機。 - 例：YH/YR/YC機型+直立射出。 - 型2：在原有射出機上，再加裝一組或多組獨立的臥式（水平）射出單元，所組合的雙色射出機。 - 例：YH/YR機型+臥式（水平射出）。 - 型3：由兩種機型並合，共用一個“圓盤”所組合的雙色射出機。 - 例：a、YH機型 + YT機型+圓盤（2站 ~ 4站） b、YH機型 + YH機型+圓盤（2站 ~ 4站）
