多頭組合秤的工作原理 多頭秤，或所謂的電腦組合秤，通常利用不同的稱重斗來測量產品的精確重量。當產品送入多頭組合秤頂部後，秤內部的分散系統開始運作,該系統將分發產品。在線性進料板的幫助下，不同的線性進料器將產品輸送到進料斗。例如，如果您使用 14 頭多頭秤，那麼通常會有 14 個線性供料器，將產品輸送到 14 個供料斗。當產品被轉移到料斗後，稱重感測器將開始計算稱重料斗中產品的重量，多頭秤機中的處理器將計算所需可用重量的最佳組合，從而達到期望的目標體重。
累重式計量配色混料系統 (ADMG)

稱重式拌料混合機-SGB

秤重式色母混合機 SGD

SGD秤重式色母混合機適用於色母或添加劑等的自動計量。該產品馬達減速比為38:1，螺桿直徑區分為12、16、20、30mm四種，可演變出四種機型提供0.04~60kg/hr的不同輸出量供客戶選擇。SGD支持擠出機模式，當用於搭配擠出機使用時，只需簡單的線路調整，即可實現色母計量與擠出機螺桿轉速的聯動，保證色母的添加比例始終穩定。由於色母料的添加量比較小，其消耗量也較小，則可搭配正壓空氣填料機VL實現色母料的自動補充。
FR式製粒機(水環切)
