單螺桿進料機

PSA系列--單螺桿進料機是同向雙螺桿押出機的重要週邊設備，由弘煜機械有限公司以多年實際經驗設計製造。 PSA進料機設有大型入料口，能使物料輸送順暢。具有螺桿型式可以選擇的特點，並可依照所使用的物料形態及物性，選擇不同型式的輸送螺桿，包括雙標準輸送螺桿、單頭輸送螺桿、T型輸送螺桿及彈簧式輸送螺桿，螺桿的更換快速方便。 PSA進料機通過下料管與本公司出產的PSM同向雙螺桿押出機的主進料口聯接，亦可依客戶需求配合至其他廠牌的押出機使用。另外，依據加工製程或客戶要求，另可增配預混裝置、震盪裝置及加溫或冷卻裝置，以配合實際生產之需要。

產品功能簡介 膠料於混合過程中會夾帶許多雜質而導致後續膠料產出時易發生瑕疵，而本機的特性便是用來解決上述問題所研發而成。 利用兩錐型押出螺桿將膠料有效地擠壓至單軸螺桿時，以旋轉推進送至模頭，經過濾網過濾雜質，最後高壓定量將膠料從模頭擠出並做裁切成型。 故舉凡在油封．O型環．海綿發泡製程．輪胎產業等要求高純度產品之製造廠皆有相當優良的效果與評價。
