塑橡膠工業展 金展秀節能與智慧化PET吹瓶機

金展精密科技工業公司專注節能省電與智慧化PET吹瓶機整廠設備，提供整線all in one規劃，協助材質轉換，靈活客製化的開發，滿足客戶需求。

金展公司2008年成立，從最初的專注吹瓶機到現在整線統整規劃，一步一腳印，以「KEENPRO」自創品牌，行銷到東南亞、日本等，曾連續三屆獲台北國際塑橡膠工業展大會創新產品獎，目前吹瓶機在馬來西亞的市佔率高達80%，今年更成功插旗歐盟市場。

金展公司協理黃建鈞表示，「碳足跡」是當今市場熱議的話題，金展多年來就已經默默的在進行節能減碳工作，協助客戶超前布署，包括導入rPET再生原料應用、舊設備零件回收再利用、材質轉換、設備環保認證等。

以rPET再生原料為例，金展團隊靠著專業技術，經過無數次來回測試與調整，已能生產出30%、50%、75% rPET的瓶胚，提供客戶適切的解決方案，位於柬埔寨的合作夥伴就是用50%的rPET生產瓶子。

在材質轉換方面，金展成立10多年來，已成功為多個國家的知名企業進行材質轉換，玻璃和HDPE都是成功案例。黃建鈞說，材質的轉換能為企業提供更加經濟和高效的減碳生產。

關於環保認證，金展運用節能氣體迴路系統發展出質量穩定、節能省電的PET全自動吹瓶機，經SGS電力測試，可省下高達60%用電，去（2021）年還獲得馬來西亞MyHIJAU環保標章認證。

金展公司是一間具有傳統技術硬底子，卻擁有年輕大腦的團隊，近年來疫情為市場增添許多變數和挑戰，卻沒有阻撓金展前進的步伐，在網路無國界的大環境下，公司順應市場加強網路行銷，改版網頁推陳出新，建置專業的YouTube頻道和參加國際線上展，以充滿創意的行銷，穩扎穩打，疫情期間仍能持續接單，正常出貨。眼見疫情即將解封，公司已發出國外客戶邀約，將陸續啟動前往東南亞、日本、歐洲等國外客戶進行巡檢和保養。
