減少原料裂解風險&加速換料時間                                                          
  • 通過最少的接觸表面積和流暢的轉彎角度，增加自潔效果，杜絕滯留的風險，從而降低完成換料的時間，也保持最低的運作能耗。
  • 由於對表面平滑度的堅持，成立專門的表面前處理部門，將表面塗層後的效果最大化，用最謹慎的工序來確保熱膠道表面絕對光滑，盡量避免管道效應的發生，減少清理模具的次數。

  • 對選用材料的堅持及繁瑣的熱處理工序做出高品質的模體，使之不易金屬疲勞而產生變形，而持續得到良好的厚薄公差。
