雋諾環保推出J1400管材撕碎機，攻克超大口徑管材回收難題
直徑1200mm以上規格的超大口徑PE、PVC等塑膠管材廣泛應用於市政工程、水利建置、油氣輸送等重大工程領域。然而這類退役管材的回收處理卻成為業界難題。近日，雋諾環保正式推出J1400管材撕碎機，精準攻克超大口徑管材的機械化高效回收難題，為全球客戶提供高效、節能、可靠的全新解決方案。
多組轉子協作剪切，產能高效：
J1400透過多組轉子協作剪切，可依生產需求決定轉子啟動數量，大幅提高產能、降低電流衝擊。動刀與定刀大角度剪切，有效解決傳統單輥設計無法剪切薄壁管的問題。
管材一次性破碎，節能降本：
設備進料口寬度達1400mm、長度達6米，可直接容納市面主流大口徑管材整根進料，無須預切拆解，大幅簡化前置工序，有效節約能耗及降低生產成本。
配備智慧控制系統，安全可靠：
先進的全自動液壓上料系統能利用液壓裝置分級調節，確保機器平穩運轉；採用獨立控制電箱，西門子PLC控制；全機結構設計穩固, 可靠, 並配備液壓安全門方便安全而效率地維修。
