第三、自動化技術：以往在中國與台灣，此設備從上膠、埋釘、埋玻璃、取玻璃由人工完成，一條產線近10人，在美國生產玻璃包邊，全自動化、無人化勢在必行。煜達協助開發，此大型立式機雙滑板機，產能為德國單機兩倍，柱內1600 mm，滑板6m，總重量60噸。中央電腦整合多組機械手、熱膠道36點、針閥20點，中子10組、抽真空、模內監視、舉模器、閉環省電系統，點數超過600多點，一氣呵成，業界首創。
