最常被使用的型式之一。熱嘴內配備有魚雷，魚雷之針尖處將澆口形成環狀澆口，使得進澆塑料將沿著針尖之外緣進入模穴中，因此本熱嘴也較不會有冷料塞頭之現象。由於澆口處冷卻快，讓生產之循環週期加快，倘若加上良好的模具設計，4環/循環是可能的。由於澆口處尚稱美觀，因此本型式乃極受喜愛，使用如添加有玻纖之塑料須特別注意。同時對於流痕要求嚴格、剪切力敏感的塑件須特別注意。
