WACL-1300系列機台有別於一般乾式貼合機，針對於冷衝模比較厚的複合材料，需要比較精準以及適當的張力控制， 所以此機台是為了冷衝膜類產品設計，乾燥烘箱內鋁導輪以馬達帶動，並與機台速度同步，薄膜也以極低的摩擦力通過，大幅度的降低表面刮痕。另外，烘箱內也配備LEL的氣體濃度偵測裝置，當在生產途發生溶劑氣體濃度過高的情形時，系統將會大量地自動將廢氣排出。 此機型可以同時進行預塗佈及熱封膠正反兩面塗佈功能。另外塗佈單元可以更換凹板或三輪式塗佈系統，塗佈推車內含循環系統，可以快速更換及方便清潔。

This Intensive Mixer is designed for mixing compounds and specific plastic. The structure of the machine consists of the main air cylinder, floating weight, feeding door, mixing chamber, rotors and discharge device. When performing mixing compound operations, the material and ingredients are fed together into the mixing chamber. The material in the mixing chamber is repeatedly sheared and squeezed by the rotors.
