PSQ系列--水中切粒機，是弘煜機械有限公司為塑膠或橡膠的水中製粒功能而設計製造的，為PSM雙螺桿押出機在押出製粒過程中重要的週邊設備。 PSQ水中切粒機將PSM雙螺桿押出機的熔融原料透過一個多孔的模頭押出後，立即被充滿切粒室中的水降溫冷卻，並由緊貼模面，且經特別設計的高速旋轉刀具，將熔料切入流動水中。冷卻水從切粒室的下部進入，再從上部流出，經過密閉的水流管道，將切下的粒子充分冷卻然後，送入PSL離心式脫水機中脫水乾燥。而冷卻水則在過濾後被送回水箱循環使用。 PSQ水中切粒機與PSL離心式脫水機配合使用，可形成一完整之水中製粒系統，特別是對硬度較低，黏度高的材質，更能產生最大經濟效益，其產能高、產品品質穩定、機具噪音低，是目前最先進的製粒設備。
