計量式色母混合機SCM

SCM系列計量式色母混合機適用於新料、次料、色母或添加劑等的自動比例混合。該產品的馬達減速比為38:1，螺桿直徑區分為12、16、20、30mm四種，可演變出四種機型提供0.1~110kg/hr的不同輸出量供客戶選擇。另有雙色色母機，可依客戶需求搭配任意兩台色母機合併使用。若客戶使用四色色母機可實現五組份自動比例混合。 當用於PET高溫場合時，可採用高溫型色母機SCM-H，該機型需注入常溫冷卻水。 SCM支持擠出機模式，當用於搭配擠出機使用時，只需簡單的線路調整，即可實現色母計量與擠出機螺桿轉速的聯動，保證色母的添加比例始終穩定。由於色母料的添加比例比較小，其消耗量也較小，則可搭配正壓空氣填料機VL實現色母料的自動補充。
雙層延伸膜吹膜機
