計量式色母混合機SCM

SCM系列計量式色母混合機適用於新料、次料、色母或添加劑等的自動比例混合。該產品的馬達減速比為38:1，螺桿直徑區分為12、16、20、30mm四種，可演變出四種機型提供0.1~110kg/hr的不同輸出量供客戶選擇。另有雙色色母機，可依客戶需求搭配任意兩台色母機合併使用。若客戶使用四色色母機可實現五組份自動比例混合。 當用於PET高溫場合時，可採用高溫型色母機SCM-H，該機型需注入常溫冷卻水。 SCM支持擠出機模式，當用於搭配擠出機使用時，只需簡單的線路調整，即可實現色母計量與擠出機螺桿轉速的聯動，保證色母的添加比例始終穩定。由於色母料的添加比例比較小，其消耗量也較小，則可搭配正壓空氣填料機VL實現色母料的自動補充。
雙層延伸膜吹膜機

PSM系列【同向雙螺桿押出機】為弘煜機械有限公司多年研發製造的主要系列產品。高速同向旋轉雙螺桿押出機，主要用於塑、橡膠料的連續填充、共混、增強、脫氣、反應、著色等混鍊製粒，且亦適用於食品及藥品的連續混合、膨化、糊化、擠出等連續製程。 PSM同向雙螺桿押出機的料缸與螺紋塊均採用組合方式，其特點為置換、維修、調整便利，尤其是利用螺紋塊不同的組合功能，可適用於各種原物料嚴苛的品質要求。 PSM同向雙螺桿押出機控制系統採用 PLC 工業級程式控制器，並配置高階觸控式操作螢幕，可進行自動或手動操作，亦可紀錄及顯示押出機的操作參數。該觸控螢幕色彩畫面美觀，操作簡便。操作程式並具有異常警報、異常停機、連鎖控制等安全保護功能。此外，系統還兼具遠端網路通訊連線功能，可與其他週邊設備或中央控制系統監控連線。 PSM同向雙螺桿押出機亦配備多項操作安全保護裝置，其設計規範與製造流程均符合 CE 等國際相關之安全標準。
